Review

"However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results."

Winston Churchill

Being audited can sometimes be a daunting prospect for those on the receiving end, and at times can be defensive or combative. It does not have to be this way - by adopting a collaborative approach to audit reviews, we can break those barriers down and all involved can focus on fixing, improving and reducing risks to your organisation.

Analyzing the data

1.

ISO 22301 Lead Auditor qualified review and gap analysis for those of you who are benchmarking your position, or actually undertaking certification

2.

BC programme review - full or partial operational BC Lifecycle reviews, health checks or maturity review - whatever your organisation calls them

3.

Wider resilience-based review looking at other protective disciplines, their capabilities and interactions with BC and their input to wider resilience

4.

Disaster recovery planning, IT services and cyber response capability reviews and how this interacts with your BC programme and response

5.

Ad hoc and bespoke reviews - tailored to your specific requirements, this could include post-incident reviews following actual events or incidents
